Gill Vivian is a sales professional who knows what works.

While most sales people can list properties, selling them is a different matter. To sell a property it is necessary to be able to close the sale. This requires listening to the purchaser’s needs and then locating the property that really meets those needs. And not all agents are adept at this – they’re skills honed through experience and working across a diverse clientele.

Gill sells right throughout the western suburbs, from high-end riverside mansions to one-bedroom units; from Claremont to Cottesloe, Nedlands to North Fremantle. She is the unrivalled expert in apartment sales and strata management in Mosman Park, with its prime location and numerous apartment developments.

Armed with this range of sales experience, Gill is well experienced in helping clients, whether they are downsizing from the family home, building up an extensive property portfolio, or taking steps towards their first real estate purchase.

Gill still gets a thrill out of every sale, having helped nearly 1,000 families move since commencing her career in real estate. She takes a special interest in encouraging young people to make their first purchase, as she believes it is important for young people to get into real estate ownership early.

Gill has two children: Trent and Olivia. Olivia competed in gymnastics at the Beijing Olympics 2008 for Australia – an extraordinary accomplishment and one of which her family is very proud. Trent entered the real estate industry in July 2013. His affinity for people makes him a natural in sales and he now joins Gill as a Director and Sales Associate in their new business.
